As I-Net rapidly expanded its network of field teams and e-Business Owners, managing project-wise and daily field expenses became increasingly complex. Their earlier process had several systemic issues:
- All expenses were processed through employees’ personal bank accounts
- No transaction-level visibility or audit trail
- Manual reimbursements created delays and inconsistencies
- Impossible to map spends accurately to project codes, GL, or voucher categories
- Rising cash leakages and budget overruns across multiple projects
With 80 field users spending nearly ₹30 lakh per month, the lack of spend visibility made financial governance extremely difficult.

The solution
Tera deployed a UPI-based corporate wallet system built directly on I-Net’s current account—eliminating personal payments, cash handling, and reimbursement delays. Field employees could now make instant Scan & Pay transactions using the Tera app, with pre-approved limits based on their project roles. Every spend was automatically mapped to the correct project, GL code, and category, ensuring accuracy and building a clean digital audit trail without manual effort.
For the Finance and Operations teams, Tera provided a real-time spending dashboard that offered complete visibility into user-level and project-wise payments. The system enabled instant policy violation alerts, automated reconciliation, and streamlined approval flows, dramatically strengthening financial governance. With every transaction tagged, traceable, and compliant, I-Net could finally eliminate inconsistencies and plug cash leakages across departments.
To make financial reporting even more seamless, Tera enabled Tally integration, allowing I-Net to consolidate spend data across all regions and projects in one structured view. This empowered the team to generate faster reports, analyze spend patterns, and maintain audit-ready records at all times.
